The Pentagon Shopping Centre, Chatham

Entrances
The shopping centre has four main entrances at street level as well as other entrances from the multi-story car parks via lifts.

Entrance from Solomons Road car park.
This entrance has two sets of double doors. The outer set are electronically operated. The inner set of doors a heavy and extreamly difficult to negotiate with a pronounced door step to get over. It is possible to gain access to The Brook from the entrance next to the Pentagon Grill. There is a significant slope (up) leading into the car park entrance therefore some wheelchair users may have difficulty using this entrance/exit.

Entrance from High Street.
This entrance has four sets of manual double doors. There is an electrically operated door (via a small red push button situated on the right hand side).

Entrance from Military Road
This entrance is via four sets of manually operated doors which are heavy and difficult to use. There is a slope from the entrance to the main shopping mall.

Entrance from the Taxi Rank (The Brook)
This entrance is via three sets of manually operated doors which are heavy and difficult to use.
